Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mini pretzels crushed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips milk or dark
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter for topping
  • Flaky sea salt for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Crush the pretzels into coarse pieces, not too fine.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and sticky.
  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Press the pretzel mixture evenly into the pan to form the base.
  • Melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the pretzel base.
  • Top with extra crushed pretzels and flaky sea salt if using.
  • Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes or until firm. Slice into bars and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store bars in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For a nut-free version, substitute sunflower seed butter.
  • For a dairy-free option, replace butter with coconut oil and use vegan chocolate chips.
