2 cups mini pretzels crushed 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 cup chocolate chips milk or dark 2 tbsp peanut butter for topping Flaky sea salt for garnish (optional)
Crush the pretzels into coarse pieces, not too fine.
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and sticky.
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Press the pretzel mixture evenly into the pan to form the base.
Melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the pretzel base.
Top with extra crushed pretzels and flaky sea salt if using.
Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes or until firm. Slice into bars and enjoy!
Store bars in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
For a nut-free version, substitute sunflower seed butter.
For a dairy-free option, replace butter with coconut oil and use vegan chocolate chips.
