4 medium tortillas 250 g mascarpone cheese or cream cheese 200 g crumbled feta cheese 3 small bell peppers diced 4 iceberg lettuce leaves 8 slices pastrami or deli meat Zest of ½ lemon Drizzle of olive oil 4 –5 tbsp fried onions crumbled
Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface.
Spread mascarpone evenly over the entire surface.
Add lettuce, pastrami, diced peppers, and crumbled feta.
