Ingredients
  

  • - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • - 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • - 1/4 cup almond flour
  • - 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
  • - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Add cocoa and protein powder, blend again.
  • Stir in almond flour and maple syrup.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Roll into bite-sized balls.
  • Chill in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
