Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into thin strips.
Wrap the dough around each stuffed jalapeño, leaving space for the eyes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden and crispy.
Once baked, place candy eyes on each popper and serve.
