Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Optional: Squeeze in lemon juice for brightness.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Serve over sautéed spinach or zucchini noodles.
To make it spicy, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Reheats well and is perfect for meal prep.
