Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping plus more for garnish
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 6 small clear cups or mason jars

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped topping to create a fluffy filling.
  • Spoon graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each cup.
  • Layer cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and blueberries.
  • Repeat layers until the cups are filled.
  • Top with extra whipped topping and a few berries.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute coconut cream and dairy-free whipped topping to make it vegan.
  • Can be assembled a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
  • Use gluten-free graham crackers for allergy-friendly prep.
