Carolans Irish Cream new flavors — Strawberries & Cream and Chocolate Cream — launched September 22, 2026, two 17% ABV expressions that add fruit and dessert-inspired variations to Carolans’ signature blend of Irish whiskey, farm-fresh cream and natural honey.
What’s New: Carolans Irish Cream New Flavors
Heaven Hill Brands announced the two new Carolans Irish Cream flavors on September 22, 2026:
- Carolans Strawberries & Cream — ripe strawberry flavor with rich, creamy notes.
- Carolans Chocolate Cream — milk chocolate truffle with notes of toffee and coffee.
“Carolans has always been about making everyday moments more enjoyable, and these new flavors give fans more ways to make the brand their own,” said Aaron Wilke, AVP at Heaven Hill Brands, in the announcement.
Both expressions are 17% ABV and available starting this month in 50 mL and 750 mL bottles, with a suggested retail price of $17.99 for the 750 mL bottle. The brand suggests serving Strawberries & Cream in a “dirty soda” style with a favorite soda over ice, and Chocolate Cream in coffee drinks or an espresso martini.
What It Looks Like
Is This Confirmed?
Yes — this is confirmed directly by Heaven Hill Brands, Carolans’ parent company, in its official September 22, 2026 press release, not a rumor or third-party report.
Is This Common?
Yes — flavor extensions are a routine growth move for established cream liqueur brands, letting them tap into dessert-cocktail and “dirty soda” trends without changing their core Irish Cream recipe. Carolans previously stuck to its original recipe for decades, so adding two flavors at once is a notable but not unusual expansion for a brand in this category.
