The lineup is made with ingredients like chicken breast, smoked beef brisket and real cheeses, with made-from-scratch sauces.

ALDI says the collection begins rolling out to select markets in early October, with additional markets added through the fall and full nationwide availability by January 2027. The retailer also plans to add new meals to its ALDI Finds shelves every month over the next year.
“We tested hundreds of recipes as we developed this collection, with quality as our top standard from the very beginning,” said Terry Jackson, Head of Food at Kitchen Food Company, ALDI’s supplier for the line, in the release. “Our shoppers are looking for meals that fit into busy lives without sacrificing quality or stretching their budgets,” added Joan Kavanaugh, ALDI U.S. Vice President of National Buying.
